Our Watershed Management Plan outlines our strategies for preserving and enhancing the ecological health of the Stratford Area watershed. It covers organizational structure, including the formation of the Stratford Area Watershed Improvement Group, key features of the land, and major goals and accomplishments. Through collaborative efforts, we aim to address threats and concerns, educate the community, and promote sustainable practices for a thriving watershed ecosystem.
Our annual field report provides an insight into all of the activities and projects we engaged in over the summer. This includes invasive species removal, tree planting, macroinvertebrate sampling, beach cleanups, water quality monitoring, stream restoration, and more.
If you own a coastal property in the Stratford Area Watershed boundaries we can also provide you with a variety of native plants that we will plant for FREE* along your coastline to aid erosion prevention.
